[APAC-Discuss] Maureen elected as new ALAC Chair

Thank you everyone for your warm wishes and congratulations.  I am truly
honoured to be able to serve as the Chair of the ALAC - representing the
interests of internet users globally.

I feel confident that I will be able to cope with this major responsibility
because I have the love and support of the people of the Asia Pacific
region. With heartfelt thanks to all.
