I personally know both  Hanan Khatib and Buddha Haldar.

 

Hanan has been working in ICT for several long years in Middle East while Buddha has been working on Human Rights issues with various communities in India.

 

I would definitely support their individual candidatures.

We have an APRALO ALS application from Yemeni Organization for Development and Exchange Technology (YODET). 
I have summarized some of the main information here from their DD. Let me know if you require anymore information 

"“Yemeni Organization for Development and Empowerment in Technology (YODET) is a nongovernmental non-profit organization (…) implementing its programs through a number of centers in several Yemeni governorates associated with partners (…) YODET was established in May 2015 and was officially licensed under registration number ( 15 م†42 ) issued on December 16, 2015 by the Ministry of Social Affairs.”

YODET is a nongovernmental organization (NGO) receiving funding from

nongovernmental sources, reliant upon a network of local partners to facilitate local activity
