[APAC-Discuss] Regional Advice for NITPAA

Dear all,

I've had the opportunity to work with several leaders of NITPAA during
ICANN57, inSIG 2016 and APrIGF 2016. I find them very promising, and
recommend that we induct them as a member ALS of APRALO.
