[APAC-Discuss] APRALO Individual membership form for review, comments and approval- Deadline April 26 - 23 UTC

The term originated with the North American RALO 
which has had individual members who are 
unaffiliated with any ALS. In the NARALO rules, 
they are referred to as "unaffiliated 
individuals", but once they join NARALO, the term 
"unaffiliated member" has been used.

You are correct that "unaffiliated member" is 
somewhat of a contradiction in that members are 
implicitly "affiliated" with the group of which 
they are a member. It has never been mentioned 
before, but perhaps it needs to be rethought as 
we move to having such a category in all RALOs.
