Actually, the link connects to the At-Large Review.  However, it’s easy to find the CCRT report - it’s under policy - open for comment.  I will be one of the pen holders for comment and would appreciate any and all volunteers in developing comment.  Indeed, we could break the report down into sections and we could take a section or two.  For those who haven’t been involved, this is a reallly good opportunity.
