[APAC-Discuss] APRALO Elections 2016

Exactly Nadira..and it is why we are opening up for nominations for those
who feel they can step up and lead.

At the same time the leadership team are offering mentorships for those who
would like to shadow one of the team leaders for a year to "learn the
ropes" for a future leadership role.

None of us took up a leadership role in our first or even second year of
active At-Large engagement. Five years down the track, Im still learning. :)
