Considering Sovereign States and Indigenous Peoples have been ignored by
the ICANN CCTLD process, It is important that these major groups are
considered in the process. Therefore i would argue that special
consideration is given to these groups in a similar manner to CCTLD
operators or at least have them open as GTLD's.
