Call for At-Large persons to join the At-Large Outreach and Engagement
Sub-Committee

Dear All,

As the ALAC agreed during ICANN52, the Outreach Sub-Committee was expanded
to the Outreach and Engagement Sub-Committee.

The At-Large Outreach and Engagement Sub-Committee (
https://community.icann.org/x/cqfbAQ) is seeking persons from all regions
of
the At-Large Community that are interested in
- developing an At-Large strategy on reaching out to new potential members
of the At-Large Community, and
- developing an At-Large strategy to engage new and existing members, and
- working in coordination with the RALOs, At-Large Working Groups such as
the Capacity Building Working Group
(https://community.icann.org/x/1Ic3Ag) and the New Meeting Strategy Working
Group (https://community.icann.org/x/h4E0Aw), and
the ALAC to ensure such strategies are implemented successfully.

If you are the person in APRALO that is interested in helping At-Large get
new members and to get existing members more
engaged in At-Large, please join by emailing staff at atlarge.icann.org by
July 31 2015.

Some of the proposed immediate work items for the Outreach and Engagement
Sub-Committee can be found at the Outreach and
Engagement wiki page at https://community.icann.org/x/cqfbAQ .

Existing members of the former Outreach Sub-Committee wishing to be in the
new Outreach and Engagement Sub-Committee are
requested to reconfirm by emailing staff at atlarge.icann.org by July 31 2015.

A call of the Outreach and Engagement Sub-Committee will be held late next
week or Monday August 3 2015.

Kind Regards,

Dev Anand Teelucksingh
