[APAC-Discuss] [ALAC-Internal] New ALS Application received

As I just noted in my last message, these "I support" messages are a 
bit premature.

The current rules associated with admitting and ALS can be found in

A prime rule is in the ICANN Bylaws and that is that the ALS must 
support the work of the RALO, and that is more subjective.

The ALAC is currently in the process of refining the criteria.
