[APAC-Discuss] [ALAC-Internal] New ALS Application received

All of this support is heart-warming, but we do have process to 
follow to admit an ALS, even if it is from a colleague. It is REALLY 
important that we do so because not following due process can REALLY 
get us into trouble.

Let's wait until Staff have completed their Due Diligence.
