[APAC-Discuss] [At-Large] Honouring Olivier Crepin LeBlond

+1 to this. A big thank you to Olivier for his efforts and contribution. I
believe he is still very much around, so there won't be any reason to
consider the possibility of missing him (hopefully ;) ) within atlarge
community.
