Dear Siranush and all,
Thanks for your reminder and sorry for delayed reply because of traveling . Since this webinar related to capacity building so that you can consider this by two phases .
1. Capacity building for efficient participation on Policy development process ;
Here you can consider a couple of webinar for APRALO members where they discuss their challenges for efficient participation on policy development process by considering ICANN framework also they can discuss their experiences about local and regional issue for getting comments from other members or subject matter expert.
2. Technical Capacity building , Here you can consider couple of webinar for technical emerging issues like ; Online Child protection , Local content development , DNSSEC , IPv6 , Data protection ,Privacy and censorship . Here you can invite subject matter expertise on related area so that APRALO members can get opportunity to learn and discuss their own challenges and experiences for building technical capacity .
Thanks to all

Dear APRALO members,
The deadline for submitting list of topics was November 14, but I didn't receive any feedback from any ALS. I would be happy to know that it might mean that you know everything about ICANN and don't need any additional webinar, but I am sure this is not the case. So, I wonder why you don't come up with your ideas? ALAC members spent enormous amount of their volunteer time to organize important, helpful and informative webinars for all of us, and the big number of webinars also was organized before our ATLAS II in London, where I am stating with regret, that participation level was really low. The list of topics for pre-ATLAS II webinar was organized based on the results of the survey each ALS filled in, thus your feedback was counted, but inspite of that fact, the participation was not in a propel level. And now again we are asking YOU to come up with the topics YOU would like to know, to learn more, and I am getting NO response.
How we can help you if there is a silence? - probably a rhetoric question, but if we don't hear from you, we can't help with the provision of the appropriate and relevant information.
Hope to ''see'' many of you during our monthly call on November 25th at 05:00 UTC - the information will be sent our soon by staff.
