Atlhough I loved Sala's idea about the Pacific dancers there will no doubt
be other opportunities. and someone else's budget J

But maybe because it's out of the square I liked Ali's suggestion to check
out Asia's most recent big time talent quest.. and not necessarily singing
and dancing, Raf J What else is there?

I just so love these discussions.

I'm not sure I agree with Raf's no dancing, but the Dikir Barat idea does
provide something both Asian and different.

And Sala - I don't think the budget would go to flying in dancers from
wherever. I loved seeing the dancers in the cook Islands when I was there -
but getting them to Singapore would not be cheap, and I think we should
start with our budget - funds we have and funds we could realistically
raise.

Dear All,

Since Singapore is home to most Asian diaspora - I think we can get some
performers to do one entertainment piece that features:

*	Tamil Dancers;
*	Chinese;
*	Malay;
*	Pacific dancers (either Cook Islands/Samoa/PNG);

ICANN should fly in some dancers from Rarotonga, Cook Islands so that people
can have a taste of Asia Pacific.

Kind Regards,

Sala
