I’m not sure I agree with Raf’s no dancing, but the Dikir Barat idea does provide something both Asian and different.
And Sala - I don’t think the budget would go to flying in dancers from wherever. I loved seeing the dancers in the cook Islands when I was there - but getting them to Singapore would not be cheap, and I think we should start with our budget - funds we have and funds we could realistically raise.
