This is to inform you that we received an ALS application from ISOC Chad.
It is based in Salam, Chad and would be a member of AFRALO if accepted.

Please find the application form in French attached. The application in
English will be posted to the At-Large website upon reception from the
Translation Services.

Staff are preparing the Due Diligence.
