[APAC-Discuss] IDN in CCTLD question

Our IDN experts, Hong, Edmon et al.

Could someone please explain the issues using U+0027 as a 2LD or higher IDN
in a CCTLD? U+0027 is a glottal stop, and is a character used by a number of
Polynesian languages including for at least three of our RALO's.

Does IDNA2008 apply to CCTLD's or is it only GTLD's ?

I understand there are alternatives but how would these work with a standard
keyboard?

I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Regards,

KT
