[APAC-Discuss] APRALO election details on main ALAC RALO page

Hi, I still cannot find listed on the wiki the names of the ALSes with
which all the "nominators" (not the nominees or candidates) and the
"supporters" are affiliated.  It would be good to make it available for our
better information.
