[APAC-Discuss] Now Open: CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR APRALO ALACPOSITION

As someone with limited knowledge of these procedures, I understand that
there are multiple options to resolve this issue, each with their pros and
cons.

As we do not seem to have a consensus otherwise, a poll within the
community may be the most convincing way to adopt the way forward.
Therefore, I endorse the proposal for a poll.
