[APAC-Discuss] Now Open: CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR APRALO ALACPOSITION

Regarding transitions  IN the RALO we have a history that shows a Chair of
the RALO has rarely completed their term for all sorts of reasons  so yes
 IN the RALO Officers and Leadership we have had lots of procatice and have
honed our skills rather nicely... This has NEVER happened with an ALAC Rep
from our region and I doubt the mechanisms would be as satisfactory...
There has been mid term changes in a Regional Rep from North America and
the effect within ALAC and oits Work Groups as well as to the
Regional representation was significant and negative (to the extent that
that Region was "virtually un/underepresented" over a critical period of
time...
