[APAC-Discuss] VOTE RESULTS: APRALO Selection for Vice Chair

Dear All,

With 16 out of 32 APRALO Members having voted in the poll for APRALO Vice-Chair, we can confirm that the results are quorate per section 6.4 of the <https://community.icann.org/x/D4ki> Operating Principles of the APRALO<https://community.icann.org/x/D4ki> which notes, "A quorum at any Annual General Meeting or Meeting shall be one third (1/3) of the Members, or seven (7) members, whichever shall be greater."
