[APAC-Discuss] [ALAC-Internal] New ALS Application received

I am very excited that we are going to have an ALS from Japan. In Bali, during the IGF, we have been extending invitations on the ground to Organizations from around the world especially when the ISOC Chapters in Asia Pacific gathered for training.
