Dear Maureen,
I completely understand your point with the challenge of time, that is why the doddle had been sent with several options, and out of 15 participants who fill in the doodle poll, 14 mentioned this time as appropriate one. I also asked those for whom those slates are not convenient to fill in the doodle to understand for how many people this day will not work, but no one did:(
The date and time has been selected in accordance with the majority votes. Next time we will do the poll again to find the better choice.
