Hi Fouad,

I agree that participation is indeed important.  To make it happen we need
members of the community to volunteer and take the lead/initiative in
developing proposals and to submit funding requests. The requirement is
that every funding request has to meet the criteria set by the funder.  If
APRALO members know other sources of possible funding to enable
participation at key events, please do share and let Holly know.  In the
meantime, if anyone wants to volunteer for drafting funding proposals
please let Holly know as well. Time is running short on the ICANN proposal.
