Dear Holly and Rinalia,

I completely support both APrIGF and IGF participation. It is
important that the user views are represented as well as shared
through deliberations at these important policy dialogue venues. Not
only should APRALO be represented in these foras, we should also
ensure that we are present in other venues as the AP star, APNIC and
RipeNCC activities because we span Asia, Asia Pacific, Middle East
etc. I agree that we have challenges to proposal development but it is
to be recognized that there is a ICANN Middle East and Adjoining
Countries strategy and the user view has been well represented there
with a number of APRALO members participating in the wg.
