Dear All,

It is with great pleasure that I would like to warmly congratulate the
ALSes in Armenia on your Independence day today, the 21st September, 2012
as you celebrate your 21 years of Independence. You are at cross roads of
Asia and Europe and in a time where many challenges abound, you continue to
show excellence in the work that you do on the ground and in all that you
do within APRALO and  At Large. Thank you Gregor, Siranush and all
Armenians.
