In the ICANN schedule for tomorrow, an APRALO meeting is scheduled for
8.00am.  However, in an earlier email from Silvia, she said:

Dear APRALO Leaders,
 
Gisella has already done the November schedule of calls for the  all
Regions. Taking into account the DST, No RALO calls will be held on
the week of October 29th when the time changeover happens.
 
Kindly confirm that you agree that the APRALO call  be held on:
 
Tuesday 27th November @ 0500  UTC.
