Dear All,

There is a possibility of my accepting a consultancy contract to advise a
Pacific Island Government on their ICT Strategy etc. In the event that I
were to decide to accept this role, I am uncertain where there would be a
perceived conflict. In my mind there is no conflict but in the interest of
transparency and accountability, I am disclosing this.
