[APAC-Discuss] APRALO advice on two ALS applications

APRALO Chair Charles Mok and Secretariat Pavan Budhrani (acting for ISOC-HK) have asked staff to inform the ALAC of APRALO's advice regarding the ALS applications of both Netmission ASISA and ISOC India Kolkata.  APRALO recommends that the ALAC approve both applications.
