[APAC-Discuss] [ALAC-Internal] At-Large article in July Policy Update

Dear Seth,

these reports and highlights are useful, for instance for someone who was
unable to attend an ICANN meeting (Singapore, in my case).

I'm also struck by all the work that Sos, ACs and Staff put into policy
formation, as revealed by the Policy Update. This is certainly a feature
which makes ICANN quite unique.
