[APAC-Discuss] Small Island State Geographical Grouping

Dear William Tibben,

I am referring to the item of any other business which your raised on
the recent APRALO call.

"Yes I just had a question from somebody in ISOC about the proposal for
Small Island State grouping that was a topic of I think on the - a
couple of meetings ago we discussed it briefly.  And I was just
wondering if there was discussion of this in Singapore?  Or does anybody
know the current status of discussion working group?"

Upon thinking about this, I now recall that this was all the work of the
Grographical Regions Working Group.
The ALAC has issued a statement in February:

I believe that the working group, which is an ICANN Cross-Community
group, will continue its work, based on the input it received.
