[APAC-Discuss] APRALO Poll on At-Large Board Director Candidates

If I understand the implications of this correctly, perhaps the answer
would be to release the APRALO voters from the directed vote and to
allow them to cast their votes as they think best. Late in the second
round, but perhaps fair.
