[APAC-Discuss] Fwd: ALAC BoD Candates

I also join to support Avri, though it is a difficult question to me.
Avri has been active from WSIS days, understands both tech
and non-tech, civil society, end-user values, good trust from
GA Chair and other activities.

I know Alan and Sebastien well enough during my period at
ALAC and am sure they are also excellent candidates, and they
are all my good friends.

At the end of the day, it is only one person to get selected.
While it might be better to have regional balance, but selecting
five from each region may not be the best way forward this time.
If there are two seats available, then five may work better.
