[ALAC] ALAC Officer and Liaison Elections

[Sébastien Bachollet]

May I congratulate Cheryl, Alan and Carlton on their elections as Chair,
Vice-chair and Rapporteur as well as Patrick, James, Rudi and Alan as SSAC,
IDN, ccNSO and gNSO Liaisons.

Hopping that this team will enhance the current work done in this period
post JPA and post review of the ALAC.

I will do my best to participate also.
