I am sorry to hear about your health condition and wish you a speedy
recovery.  In order not to bother you while you are recovering, I am
addressing the following reply to Vanda, who is the active chair.

This is OK, but I think CLO means the revised version without the above
point ?  The revision incorporates comments as received, and is also
structurally fine tuned.  Please take a look at the revised draft (with
comments incorporated) and the original version as prepared before comment
and if ONLY the exclusion of the above point is important, then Revised
draft excluding the above point could be a better choice as it incorporates
comments on the draft comment.

What we can do to encourage focus on, and commitment to, implementation  as
