[ALAC] [ALAC-Announce] At-Large Community Comments Requested:Draft Statement on FY 2010 Travel Procedures

In LACRALO we had been discussing this matter, and there is an important
consensus. I´m confident that in a few days we would be counting LACRALO´s
official support to this Statement.
