[ALAC] [ALAC-Announce] BRIEFING TODAY: Discussion of Final IRT Report - 4 June 1400 UTC

This was announced originally on the 1st June; today's notice was a 
reminder.

We were limited to certain dates that the IRT provided, and at the same 
time we understood that it was important to have the briefing earlier 
rather than later, due to the importance of replying to the  report.

I know that this is still short notice. The next briefing is taking 
place with 10 days' notice, which is obviously preferred. Of course the 
IRT briefing will be recorded so those who couldn't attend will be able 
to listen after  the fact, and there will be considerable discussion of 
this subject in Sydney for those attending that meeting.

In addition, we understand that remote participation will be offered in 
Sydney for the IRT sessions.
