So we're going back to just a few days' notice on these briefings?

Has nothing been learned? It really does seem like ICANN wants the
pretence of holding these briefings, but doing them in such a way to
minimize participation.

I just missed it.. again. Being out of Internet reach for a few days
should not
eliminate people from being able to participate.
