[ALAC] Final draft - Travel comments

Attached is a marked up version showing the changes from the previous 
version 3 as well as a clean final version.

Their are no major changes in content, although there are many in 
grammar and emphases. Thanks to Adam for a great editing job.

The final version is also posted on the Wiki under the agenda for 
tomorrow's ALAC meeting.
