Dear Mathias
 
When this voting mail was sent ? i have not recieved as i store all mails. I place my observation to the chair- that in absence of the mail or reminder of the same - the statement that my name as not voted- gives a different picture of non-participation.   The communication on crucial voting and conference calls need a review to take into account of some credible communication system in place.
