The Westlake report on RSSAC has just been published. It is quite hard, in
that it points out that RSSAC is essentially unaccountable to the ICANN
community, and that it does not pro-actively advise on root server related
issues, or potential ones.

Among the recommendations are a request that RSSAC holds its meetings
together with ICANN ones, and to enlarge the AC to include representatives
from ASO, GNSO, ccNSO, GAC and ALAC.

Obviously, the recommendations should be discussed, but the gist of the
report is right on target.
