[ALAC] PSC and Pierre Dandjinou

Dear Members:

I had a brief conversation with Pierre earlier today. I mentioned that it
had been said that At-large would like to have a more active relationship
with him since he had been originally proposed by the ALAC in order to
represent the interests of the individual Internet user, though it was
understood that he was not meant to represent the ALAC as a liaison (or
otherwise).

He said he¹s very happy to make himself available during this meeting but
also afterwards for dialogue with the community about the PSC¹s activities.
