[ALAC] Documents for the meeting today

Dear Members:

I have made a few updates to the agenda page for today, to incorporate the various documents announced at various points earlier, and also to incorporate into the wiki the changes made by Patrick to the draft Statement on the WHOIS Hypothesis Working Group report. There is also a link which allows you to easily see on the wiki the changes between versions - for those of you who do not like reviewing text in Word, this should prove helpful.
