The ones listed in the email are new ones I'm proposing for review, hence the prefatory sentence:
"I have been asked for a list of additional issues briefs which should be prepared. Taking into account comments from many of you over the course of time, I have compiled the following list of subjects."

BTW and if we haven't done so as yet, we need to include an explicit
copyright statement that gives the public media "reprint-in-full"
rights. The local media organisations are mindful of that.
