It was <a href="https://newsalerts.icann.org/NTI5LUNSRS03MTcAAAF71TKjQbxRsAhdhgvcvHbU1xyq3ThubTHV-RNaUSyNZvNWU9sMNbb3Ql4IHrf-npHsoRVMpsQ=" target="_blank">announced</a> 11 March 2021 that the ICANN71 Policy Forum, originally scheduled to be held in The Hague, Netherlands, will take place as a Virtual Public Meeting due to the COVID-19 pandemic. All NextGen@ICANN program activities for the ICANN71 Policy Forum will be held virtually.</p> <p>The 12 selectees attend universities in the European region, where they study computer science, cybersecurity, and business law.</p> <p>An independent committee selected the NextGen@ICANN71 participants based on their current studies and interest in global policy and Internet governance.</p> <p>NextGen@ICANN71 participants:</p>
