The situation here in Melbourne is normal, with little use of masks in the venue, streets or even in the casino next door. Except for a few ground handling staff at the Dubai airport, I have not encountered significant mask usage anywhere during my travel either.</div><div><br></div><div>SITREPs from the World Health Organization (see <a href="https://www.who.int/docs/default-source/coronaviruse/situation-reports/20200216-sitrep-27-covid-19.pdf?sfvrsn=78c0eb78_2">https://www.who.int/docs/default-source/coronaviruse/situation-reports/20200216-sitrep-27-covid-19.pdf?sfvrsn=78c0eb78_2</a> for the latest in the series) is an authoritative source for information. Outside China, there appear to be just about 20 new cases (from Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and France) as of yesterday.</div><div><br></div><div>In my own country (India), we had three cases, all in my home province of Kerala. All three were medical students at Wuhan. They have been let go after they recovered fully and tested negative multiple times for the virus over an extended quarantine period.
