organizers are, like ICANN, monitoring
and evaluating the locations and timings
of their events. Earlier today, the GSM
Association (GSMA) announced that it was
canceling the Mobile World Congress
(MWC) that had been scheduled to take
place in Barcelona from 24-27 February
