Indeed, we need to move forward.<br><br>
As a formal Sub-Committee of the ALAC, a task was given to O&E and
the entire ALAC and regional leader group was asked to collaborate. I am
not sure that we even need ratification for this, but I decided that we
should do that.<br><br>

Here is the REVISED Criteria to be contributed by the ALAC for the new
Fellowship Program. This version has been refined based on the comments
submitted to the last version.<br><br>
<b><u>With this message, I am initiating a SHORT Consensus Call of the
ALAC </b>to ratify the criteria document. <br><br>
</u>This Consensus Call will end at 12:00 UTC on Friday, 14 September
2018.<br><br>
If there are any questions of comments, please direct them to either this
list or to me directly. <br><br>
Although messages indicating support are welcome, they are not necessary.
This Consensus Call will be deemed to have succeeded in the absence of
significant opposition (greater than 20% as specified by ALAC RoP
12.3.3.1).<br><br>
