the proposals are renumbered to avoid confusion going forward. Recent
updates to the list include consolidation of the two NCSG proposals
(thank you Farzaneh), and a new cross-community session proposal from
Donna which merges several sessions into one two-hour block. That session
is #5 on the list - GDPR Consolidated Topic Proposal. Please see the
