    <p>Yes Justine Chew is very much involved in policy discussions and
      is also very active in the Technology Task Force and leading one
      of our sub-projects.  Both Daniel and Abdeljalil have come on the
      past times and would be great to have Justine be invited. Justine
      only came to Abu Dhabi as part of the General Assembly.  I do
      think we need to have an application process and have people apply
      like last time. I also think we need to create criteria for how we
      rate the applications.  I have not seen this publish and this
      would be very good to have</p>
