    I am not disputing that. But with an already funded Mentor, two
    mentees per meeting x 3 meetings = 6 slots in total. We have 5
    RALOs. If we follow the "4 or 5 consecutive ICANN meetings"
    strategy, some RALOs will not benefit from the Onboarding program at
    all.<br>
